They are offered at $ 220 each double room. The gardens are nice and simple with several small furnished corners for meetings and eating. Our room was inside the old house, reasonable size and well furnished with an excellent mosquito net, which is not standard everywhere in Uganda. There is no aircon, just an air fan. The WIFI is reasonably fast and free. The staff do not speak clearly good English, which lead to a misunderstanding of the room price. I was told 105 and assumed this to mean UGX 105,000 (would be about $30). However, it turned out to be US$ 105 and at that, the room was well over-priced. So are the meals. On balance, I would say poor value for money.

The reception was decent and parking large and spacious. I also found the room decor tastefully done with bed and furniture comfortable.

I was however disappointed with the quality of washroom in my room. The shower space is so tight that you cannot have a shower without the curtains hugging you and water splashing everywhere. In addition the main building ( many cracks) together parking (unkempt) feel left in dissrepair.

What's more, the rooms ( room 4 looked much more decent than room 3) cost same. I left with the feeling that the the fair price should have been about half of what I was charged. More

  The staff helped us with excursions by calling numerous people many times to get the best event reserved for us. Specifically the Adrift White water rafting on the Nile. The... read more breakfast is made to order, but the public places were not fully furnished. It is a place that you eat in your room or on your balcony. There isn't a restaurant, but there are drinks (soda, beer- ask for other options like wine- they had it) to purchase and they have a few restaurant menus that deliver. There is a small view of the lake. It would be a nicer place if there was proper seating in a common area. The Internet was the best we had for many months and accessible on the balcony or room. There are 2 dogs, but they do not want to be touched. Jinja town is safe to walk at night, but very dark. Taxi ride to the town was only 10,000UGD, however the roads are rough. The hotel will help you get a transfer from where you are to them. For us we came from Entebbe with the Pineapple Express at 24$ per person. This was a bit cheaper than a hired taxi. The travel time ranges from 2 1/2 hours 4 depending on traffic. More

Would definitely recommend as it was good value.

Clothes take a long time to wash, just bear that in mind.
